For many, the term “Great Resignation” is almost comic. However, behind this is something unprecedented, with dire consequences for many organizations. In fact, according to Forrester, there are currently more than 4.6 million more job vacancies than unemployed people!

With today’s post-pandemic challenges, it is essential sales organization hire and retain the best people. Yet, despite a robust economy, too many workers feel unfulfilled and burnt out. Clearly, organizations are not doing enough. That’s why Janek Performance Group and SellingPower are conducting a survey on Finding, Onboarding, and Retaining Top Sales Talent.

As recognized experts in sales thought leadership, Janek and SellingPower are uniquely qualified to examine this phenomenon. A core tenet of sales is understanding challenges and finding solutions. Together, we can get to the root of the problem and identify core deficiencies that limit success. This will enable sales organizations to do more and position their teams to win.
