Project Coordinator

Janek Performance Group is an award-winning, sales training and consulting firm partnering with clients in a variety of industries and business segments on improving their sales performance. Janek is growing and seeking to add a Project Coordinator to our training implementation and project management team.

Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will play a critical role within our tight-knit, fast-paced office environment. This position will fully support project team members with a variety of project and administrative responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented. A positive person with a high energy level who is comfortable balancing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day activities will excel in this position. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the highly desirable sales performance industry.

This role will report and collaborate with the Sr. Project Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinated logistics for assigned training and consulting projects
  • Onboards of all new clients
  • Manages training projects from start to finish
  • Manages Facilitator’s calendars and qualifications
  • Approves project travel requests
  • Orders and manages shipment of project training materials & collateral
  • Launches of project add on services through third-party software
  • Works within a third-party software tool to send and create client measurement surveys & reports
  • Coordinates staff and project schedules
  • Manages and reconcile all project billings & expenses
  • Maintains detailed records/reports for all project processes
  • Works within a third-party software tool to launch and manager client reinforcement technology & reports
  • Communicates (both written and verbally) with clients and staff in order to ensure the successful implementation of projects
  • Answering phones and inquires as needed
  • Managing inventory of vendor’s training supplies
  • Filing and organizing client folders and office documents

Desired Qualifications

The ideal Project Coordinator will have at least two years’ experience working with or in a training and development department/project management office. Knowledge of training & development operations preferred. Familiarity with Third-Party software tools such as Gartner – Metrics that Matter and Qstream a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-disciplined with the ability to quickly organize and implement tasks while delivering exceptional customer service for multiple, simultaneous projects.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
