The Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for defining and applying Instructional Design methodologies to the development of both internal sales training programs and customized programs for Janek clients. The Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for developing training programs and performing reviews of all deliverables to ensure adherence to style guidelines and to Instructional Design leading practices. The Sr. Instructional Designer demonstrates a commitment to increasing personal knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies as well as sales methodology and to applying this knowledge to increase the effectiveness of all deliverables. The Sr. Instructional Designer provides in-depth analysis of data researched while exercising judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results and clearly communicates findings to the team.
Strong sales acumen (understands sales process, terminology and common challenges faced by sales professionals)
Strong Interpersonal Soft Skills content development and design experience (sales, communication, leadership, customer experience, etc.)
Strong instructor led training design of materials; including participant materials, facilitator guides, job aids, slide decks, and other supporting collateral

Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design/Similar or equivalent work experience
Instructional Design with soft skills training (sales, customer service, coaching)
