Sr. Project Coordinator

Janek Performance Group is an award-winning, sales training and consulting firm partnering with clients in a variety of industries and business segments on improving their sales performance. Janek is growing and seeking to add a Sr. Project Coordinator to our training implementation and project management team.

Job Description:

The Sr. Project Coordinator is the client support resource and project lead who performs key functions related to training implementation activities before, during, and after training. This team member will build supportive relationships with customers and vendors by collaborating with both internal and external team members to ensure client success with the training program(s), curriculum, and training environments. The Sr. Project Coordinator works with internal and external customers to understand workflows and their interdependencies to ensure timely support before, during, and after training programs for each stakeholder. This team member serves as the central point of communication for an assigned set of clients and is responsible for providing excellent support and advice.

This role will collaborate with and manage the Project Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills
  • Coordinates workflow and schedules for training programs regarding all training support activities
  • Ability to quickly learn new vendor software – for the purpose of uploading materials, tracking projects, implementing training/project support functions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Trains and provides performance feedback to an admin with respect to the assigned task
  • Engaged as a trusted liaison between customers, subject matter experts, vendors, and other stakeholders to optimize the customer experience
  • Analyze internal project management processes and develop suggestions and strategies for improvement
  • Manages project components such as e-learning and videos with vendors and clients to exceed client expectations and create exceptional training programs
  • Identifies discrepancies between the client expectations and project capabilities, coordinating resolution with the team
  • Support customers, training, instructional designers, vendors, and account managers to ensure successful project development and implementation
  • Delivers exceptional service and ensures quality standards are met
  • Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for executives including ROI, job improvement, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintains standards to form a cohesive and consistent presentation across each project
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to provide exceptional attention to detail in verbal and written communications

Desired Qualifications

The ideal Sr. Project Coordinator will have a bachelor’s degree combined with Project Coordination/Customer Service experience. The ideal Sr. Project Coordinator will possess experience and knowledge of vendor systems, project management, customer service, leadership, and managing others. 3-5 years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be independent and self-disciplined with the ability to quickly organize and implement tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. The Sr. Project Coordinator will have a Project Coordinator supporting the role.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
