Las Vegas, Nevada, February 3, 2026 — Janek Performance Group has won three Stevie Awards at the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the categories AI-Powered Sales or Service Solution, Sales Training or Coaching Program, and Sales Training Practice of the Year.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 300 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on March 5.
More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 41 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees.
Entries were considered in more than 190 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, sales and business development achievements, and AI in sales and customer service.
This year, Janek Performance Group received a Silver Stevie Award for Jenius CC in the AI-Powered Sales or Service Solution category. It marks the second award in just a few months for Janek’s AI-driven sales enablement and coaching platform which was designed to deliver scalable, role-specific coaching and real-time guidance that improves performance across the entire sales organization. Last month, Jenius CC won Gold at the 2025 Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Awards for Best Generative AI Sales Enablement Technology. Janek also won a Bronze Award for Sales Training Practice of the Year and Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year (for Critical Sales Presentation Skills).
