What’s New in Jenius – July 2026

Jenius July 2026 Product Update

Advancing AI-Powered Sales Execution

Throughout the past month, we’ve continued investing in the capabilities organizations need to scale AI-powered sales execution. This release introduces new administration capabilities, enhancements to AI Video Roleplay governance, improvements to enterprise deployment and integrations, expanded analytics, and foundational updates that will support future innovations across the Jenius platform. From giving administrators greater visibility and control to improving reliability across embedded experiences, these enhancements make Jenius easier to deploy, manage, and use every day.

Better Governance for AI Video Roleplay

As AI becomes a bigger part of the sales workflow, organizations need more than great experiences for sellers. They also need the visibility and controls to manage adoption across the business.

Over the past month, we’ve introduced new administrative capabilities that make it easier to monitor AI Video Roleplay usage, set organization-level limits, and understand how teams are using video practice over time. Administrators can now track video minute consumption, configure usage limits, and receive notifications as thresholds are reached, all from within the existing management experience.

Together, these enhancements give administrators greater visibility into adoption, help organizations manage AI Video Roleplay usage at scale, and provide the governance enterprise teams expect.

Making Enterprise Deployment Easier

Rolling out AI across an enterprise is about more than enabling features. Identity management, provisioning, governance, and security all need to work together if organizations want to scale adoption successfully.

That’s why we’ve continued expanding our enterprise administration capabilities with additional SCIM provisioning support for Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. Organizations can now automate manager relationship provisioning, reduce manual administration, and simplify onboarding for new users. We’ve also documented provisioning endpoints that may need to be allow-listed, making implementation easier for IT and security teams.

These enhancements continue our focus on making enterprise deployment, provisioning, and ongoing administration simpler for IT and security teams.

Stronger Integrations, Better Reliability

The best AI is the one sellers don’t have to think about. It should be available when they need it, work inside the tools they already use, and stay out of the way when they don’t. That makes reliability more than a technical requirement. It’s part of the overall user experience.

Throughout the past month, we’ve improved how Jenius detects, communicates, and responds to integration issues. Administrators now receive clearer notifications when integrations are interrupted, users see better messaging inside embedded applications, and we’ve resolved several issues related to revoked access and disappearing tool chats.

The result is a more dependable experience that lets sellers stay focused on customer conversations instead of troubleshooting technology.

Building the Foundation for Better Coaching

Consistent coaching starts with a consistent definition of what great selling looks like. Without a shared understanding of the skills and behaviors that drive success, organizations often struggle to align managers, sellers, enablement teams, and AI around the same performance expectations.

This month, we’ve introduced the new Skill Framework and Configuration Hub, giving administrators a centralized way to define, organize, and manage sales skills across the organization. Together, these capabilities make it easier to maintain a consistent performance model while supporting future coaching and AI capabilities.

The new Skill Framework introduces capabilities across three key areas:

Framework Management

  • Centralized Configuration Hub for managing skill frameworks
  • Create, edit, duplicate, and manage frameworks across both the Admin and Client applications
  • Search and filter frameworks by roles, tags, and skills

Skill Management

  • Complete skill lifecycle management, including draft, validation, activation, editing, linking, assignment, and governance
  • Separate Skills and Tags for more flexible organization
  • Migrate existing skills to the new active skill model

Administration

  • Enhanced permissions and “Created by” attribution
  • Share and duplicate frameworks across organizations, allowing client administrators to build from super administrator-created frameworks

Together, these updates make it easier for organizations to build, manage, and maintain a consistent approach to sales skills across Jenius.

Faster Conversations and a Better User Experience

We also continued refining the everyday experience inside Jenius. Chat is faster, more reliable, and provides better visibility into response generation, making conversations feel smoother whether you’re preparing for a customer meeting, building content, or practicing a sales conversation. We’ve also expanded platform analytics behind the scenes so we can continue improving performance over time.

Additional Platform Improvements

Alongside these larger enhancements, we’ve delivered a number of quality and stability improvements, including:

  • Improved the reliability of Active Plays to ensure assigned activities launch and complete more consistently
  • Better roleplay navigation and completed practice behavior
  • Fixes for assignment editing
  • Improved scoring accuracy for partially correct question types
  • Resolution of AudioContext issues that could interrupt voice experiences
  • Improvements to memory deletion workflows
  • Organization administration and SSO fixes
  • Updated sign-in and sign-up promotional messaging
  • Expanded internal analytics for platform monitoring

These updates continue our focus on making Jenius faster, more reliable, and easier to use every day.

Building the Future of Sales Performance

This month’s updates continue to strengthen the foundation of the Jenius platform. From enterprise administration and AI Video Roleplay governance to integration reliability and new skill management capabilities, each enhancement helps organizations deploy, manage, and scale AI-powered sales execution with greater confidence. As Jenius continues to evolve, we’ll keep expanding the capabilities that help organizations improve coaching, reinforce best practices, and drive more consistent sales performance.
